The New Revolution in Processing using Water as the Solvent
Simple push-button operation and uses only water as the carrier-solvent, this amazing system uses technology that was previously only available in the pharmaceutical industry. Process 50-100 pounds per hour of hemp flower, or up to 2,400 pounds (1,200 kg) per day of dry botanicals. This is your solution for producing full spectrum oil. Licensing available.

Cavitation in water

Hi Tech Applications: This same SDR (Spinning Disc Reactor) technology can also be used to produce silver nanoparticles and other hi-tech (liquid battery and component) manufacturing. This technology may be a huge impact for manufacturing for companies like Quantum Scape and Ambri liquid metal technology.

Extraction Technology: Can be used with water, or with oil as the solvent. Water is the perfect eco solvent for hemp flower and other botanicals, however oil is also a great solvent for extraction. Oil does not cavitate in this system, but does a rapid extraction from the nature of centrifugal process and the speed of the multiple staged rotors which expose the botanical material to solvent quickly. Oil extraction is another eco friendly extraction method to draw oils from botanical flowers. ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6151617/ ) The same technology can be used for other mixing applications, including making nano emulsions. We have used this technology to mix botanical oil with water and bees wax to make skin creams and other cosmetics products. We have also developed a DIY at-home consumer unit which essentially does the same function, albeit on a small scale.

How Does Cavitation Work ? The following shows cavitation and how it blasts apart botanical material to release oil, in a fraction of a second.

NOTE: This system uses water as the solvent in a revolutionary process which results in a eco-friendly craft extraction. It commands a higher price than traditional extractions. If you can’t sell for more than $6.00/gram ($6,000 per KG), then don’t go into business, or stay with fly-by-night ethanol processing to produce a poor quality oil that only brings $.15 /gram ($150 per KG).

Hemp Flower to High Quality Full Spectrum Oil Processor System Acquistion Checklist:

A. Less than 1,000 pounds per day of input dry hemp flower: Please consider ordering multiple CO2 extractors. We can build them upon payment of order (typical build time about 1-2 weeks per CO2 extractor). Please visit our CO2 website at: https://infinitysupercritical.com

B. More than 2,000 pounds per day of input dry hemp flower:

Inquiry and Order Process For Hemp Processor Systems from Infinity Supercritical:

  1. Send us an email with your name, company name, website, contact phone number, and if you are a start-up, or existing company. Also please indicate if you have funding to buy the equipment. The more information you can provide, the better. Email: greg@infinitysupercritical.com
  2. We will return that email with general information, and processor build position availability. We’ll also give you a call to discuss your processing needs, and answer any questions.
  3. The next step is to order a Engineering Study. The reason for the study is to layout and review all the parameters for your existing infrastructure (power, water, space) and provide a formal quotation with timelines. We like to write out everything you can expect, and what we provide. We will also provide options for renewable power, portable modular functionality, and microturbine power from natural gas (remote operations), and post processing equipment. The Engineering Study starts at $150,000 for our SDR2000 (the larger the system, the larger the Engineering Study fee). This will also qualify you for purchase (believe it or not, most groups that contact us have no funding). The Engineering Study fee is deductible from the last payment of the system cost.

D. System Information:

SDR2000:  2,400 lbs/day using water as the solvent) (More Info) Modular: Built into 5 standard shipping containers (processing, separation, water storage, crew operation cab). Plug and play. 480 V 3 Phase Power. Please see our ROI (for planning purposes only) PDF here: SDR2000-20200605-infinity-supercritical-roi-18-botanical-flower-cost-per-lb-and-6-per-gm-extract-fso

Processes Dry Hemp Flower: Any system that processes wet hemp flower is prone to breakdown, mold, mildew, and other nutrient depleting processes associated with decomposition. We recommend that hemp flower is separated from the plant (stalk) at harvest, then dried, and bagged (or vacuum bagged for better preservation). A dry hemp flower has better shelf life prior processing. If you only want to process wet, then stay with fly-by-night ethanol production, for a poor quality, and no-profit product. Consumers: Be weary of ethanol processed hemp extract and wet processing. Get and validate COA (certificate of analysis) for your product, to insure its authenticity.

The Problem With Large Scale Ethanol Batch Extraction: Typically, large scale ethanol extraction has a number of drawbacks. Since recycled ethanol is imperitive to low cost processing operation, the dilution of the pure ethanol becomes compromised (water keeps getting added) which results in poor extraction efficiency. In addition, ethanol has poor turpene retention (turpepes become volatile and simply evaporate). Finally, many ethanol processors who do a quick-turn extraction, end up with lots of bitter green tasting chlorophyll. To filter out that, they use activated carbon filters (referred to as carbon scrubbing), which also filter out most of the valuable components include CB ( source: Romano LL, Hazekamp A. Oil: chemical evaluation of an upcoming based medicine. 2013;7(1):1-11.)

Note: Hemp Processors may see a fast payback.

Continuous Feed Eco Extraction:
We have the first system in the industry that is continuous feed. No more batch runs that take 12-24 hours. Processing is virtually instant using our fast extraction processing. More thorough and consistent extraction. Push button operation and less complex parts means less maintenance. Best of all, there are no expensive, hard to get, high pressure parts to maintain. The overall safety on a low pressure system far outweigh a butane, ethanol, or CO2 system. Simple to use, and simple to maintain.

Please contact Infinity Supercritical by email with a short summary of your hemp operation. Infinity will respond with a email that covers most of your questions, and a telephone number for follow-up questions. Email: greg@infinitysupercritical.com
